Fat × SNF rate chart
The printed grid your union sends you, working inside the app.
When your union publishes a chart, no formula is involved — the rate is simply whatever the grid says for that fat and that SNF. Dairywala looks the cell up and uses it.
You can bring a chart in three ways: import an Excel or CSV file on the phone, photograph the printed sheet, or send a PDF. For a photo or PDF, a person on our side builds the chart for you and it lands in your app; the app tells you to expect it within about thirty minutes.
When your union changes rates by a rupee, you do not rebuild the chart. One tap moves every cell up or down together, and the change is refused outright if it would take any rate below zero.
A published chart reaches the phone while the app is open — no restart, no reinstall.
