Recording does. Entries, members and payments all save to the phone first and appear straight away with no network, then go to the cloud when you are back online. Deleting something does need internet.
If it is an STPL or Ekobond, an Ekomilk Ultra, an Essae, an EIPL or WySense, a Lactoscan or a Master Classic, yes. The feature is marked Beta in the app, and analysers on Classic Bluetooth connect on Android phones. If your model is not on the list, call the helpline — the app can record what your machine sends so we can add it.
Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file yourself, or photograph the printed sheet and send it — a person on our side builds the chart and it lands in your app, usually within about half an hour. Fat and SNF charts, fat and CLR charts, and fat-only charts all work.

Yes, if you switch it on. A supplier signs in with their own phone number and sees only their own milk entries, payments and balance — read only. They cannot change anything.
No. Photograph a page of your handwritten register and the rows are read off it and filled in. You check them on screen before anything is saved. You can also speak an entry.
Yes. Sign in at dairywala.in with the same phone number and the same collections, members, bills and payments are there. The computer view does not print slips, scan registers or connect to machines — those are on the phone.

About the company
Dairywala builds record-keeping software for dairies, village collection centres and cooperatives across India. The apps record daily milk collection with fat, SNF and CLR readings, price each member from a flat rate, a fat-point rate, a 52/48, 60/40 or 100/0 formula, or a CLR rate chart, then produce printed slips, member ledgers and period payment statements. Everything works offline and syncs when the device is back online.
