Farmer passbook

Most arguments at settlement are about a number nobody can check. The passbook removes that: a supplier signs in with their own phone number and sees their own record — every entry with its date, shift, milk type, litres, fat, SNF, CLR, rate, bonus and total.

They also see payments made to them, goods taken on account, and their running balance — the same figures your bill will carry, before it is printed.

It is strictly read only. There is no way for a supplier to add, edit or delete anything.

You turn it on with one switch and every active member who has a phone number becomes eligible. A member who supplies more than one dairy sees each one in its own tab.
