Works without internet

Every entry, member and payment is written to the phone first and appears immediately, network or no network. The cloud copy is made in the background, with catch-up sweeps when the app opens and when it is put away.

A light in the header tells you where you stand: green means everything is backed up, amber means entries are waiting, blue means it is uploading, red means it failed. Tap it to back up now or to see when the last backup finished.

The local database survives app updates, and a new phone rebuilds the whole dairy at first sign-in.

The honest limit: deleting an entry, a member or a payment needs internet. Everything else works offline. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out at a collection point.
